I am very happy to announce that “Jest” will see another day in the concert hall! The piece was recently selected for the MYSO’s inaugural student composer competition and will be performed twice by the ensemble on March 15th and 19th, 2017 in Illinois under the direction of Laurence Sisk. P.S. This is the Metropolitan Youth Symphony that is based near Chicago in Joliet and not to be confused with other ensembles. There are actually several ensembles across the US that have similar names.
