Commissioned by Knox Presbyterian Church Toronto for it’s 200th anniversary, Rejoice in the Lord Always is an anthem setting the words from Philippians 4:4-5. Since the commission was for a work celebratory in nature, these words naturally came to mind as a good fit for the music I wanted to write.
