“Memories” for Harp and Marimba winner of the 2015 Canadian University Music Society’s Composition Competition | Ottawa, ON

I am excited to announce that, my composition “Memories” (2014) for harp and marimba was selected as the winner of the 2015 MusCan Student Composition Competition held by the University of Ottawa!  This national competition is open to students studying at post-secondary institutions in Canada, and come with a $750 prize as well as a repeat performance of the winning work at the University of Ottawa, June 3, 2015.  This competition and performance is in conjunction with the 2015 Congress of the Canadian Federation of the Humanities and Social Sciences happening at UofO in June.
