I am very honored to be one of four finalists in the Buffalo Chamber Players‘ (USA) international call for scores from highly competitive pool of almost 400 submissions! The featured work is my set of duets for viola and flute, titled “Force Studies” (2011) written for the UBC Contemporary Players and dedicated to my past teacher, Dorothy Chang. Although it was not selected as the winner, I am looking forward to possible performances with the BCP in their future seasons.
