Appointed Composer-in-Residence with the University of Toronto Wind Symphony | Toronto, Canada

I am delighted to announce that I was appointed as the UTWS’s inaugural composer-in-residence for the 2015-16 season!  More details will be coming soon as the conversation gets going with artistic director Dr. Jeffrey Reynolds, but I am excited to be diving into some wind repertoire for the coming term and presenting another world premiere in Toronto sometime in 2016.  Stay tuned for more information!

October 29th Update:

After conversations with Dr. Reynolds, it has been decided that I will write a short new work for the UTWS’s March concert here, as well as a longer multi-movement work for winds to be premiered later in the fall of 2016.  Come out to the premiere if you are around Toronto!
